Nat’l booters beat U-19 team in practice match

Bangladesh National Football team, now preparing FIFA World Cup and AFC Cup Qualifiers, beat Bangladesh Under-19 team by a solitary goal in a practice match at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the city Wednesday, reports UNB.
Shahedul Alam Shahed scored the match-winning goal for Bangladesh National Football team in 65th minute.
Bangladesh, which conceded 0-5 goals defeat to Asian champions and four-time World Cupper Australia in their away match in the Australian city of Perth on September 3, will play their home match against the Socceroos (Australia) on November 17 at the Bangabandhu National Stadium.
In the ongoing FIFA World Cup and AFC Cup qualifiers, Bangladesh conceded 1-3 goals defeat to Kyrgyzstan on June 11, played to a 1-1 draw against Tajikistan on June 16 and conceded 0-4 goals defeat against Jordan on September 8 in their home matches of Group B.
