Navana CNG recommends 15pc cash dividend

The board of directors of Navana CNG Limited has recommended 15 per cent cash dividend for general shareholders (excluding sponsors) for the year ended on March 31, 2015. The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on September 16 at Bashundhara Convention Centre-2, Baridhara while the record date is August 18, according to the DSE website.
