Nazmul Quaunine made Ambassador to UAE

M Nazmul Quaunine, currently a Director-General in the External Publicity Wing of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has been appointed Ambassador of Bangladesh to the United Arab Emirates.
Nazmul Quaunine, a graduate from Dhaka Medical College, is a career foreign-service officer belonging to the BCS 1985 batch.
He has served Bangladesh Missions in Geneva, Kolkata and Washington, DC. He also served as Deputy High Commissioner in Islamabad and London.
Nazmul Quaunine will replace ATM Nazimullah Chowdhury, who is presently serving as Bangladesh Ambassador to the Gulf State, UAE.
