NBL, Bata donate Tk 2.5m, Tk 1.0m to CA's relief fund

National Bank Limited (NBL) has donated Tk 2.5 million to the Chief Adviser's Relief and Welfare Fund for the cyclone-affected people.
NBL Chairperson Parveen Haque Sikder handed over the cheque for the amount to Chief Adviser Fakhruddin Ahmed at the latter's office in the city recently.
Also present on the occasion were NBL Director Zakaria Taher and Assistant Vice President Saidur Rahman.
Besides, Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Limited has recently donated Tk 1.0 million to the Chief Adviser's Relief and Welfare Fund.
Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Limited Managing Director JD Hearns handed over the cheque for the amount to Chief Adviser Fakhruddin Ahmed at the latter's office in the city recently.
