NBL inks deal with Spanish co

National Bank Ltd. (NBL) signed an Agency Agreement with NEC Money Transfer S A, Spain recently at its head office in Dhaka. Under this arrangement, Bangladeshi expatriates living in Spain and also in other parts of Europe will be able to remit money electronically in a secured, prompt and efficient manner to Bangladesh. NEC Money Transfer S A, is a leading Money Transfer house of Spain engaged in remittance business since long. NBL is the first Bank of Bangladesh to sign Agency Agreement with NEC Money Transfer S A, Spain. Neaz Ahmed, Managing Director of National Bank Ltd. and Ikram Farazy (Alamgir), Managing Director of NEC Money Transfer S A signed the Agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Among others, Md. Badiul Alam, Additional Managing Director, S M Jaffar, Shamsul Huda Khan, A K M Shafiqur Rahman, A S M Bulbul & Abdul Hamid Mia, Deputy Managing Directors of National Bank Ltd. and Haji Abul Hashem Farazy, Dr. Anower Farazy (Emon) & Md. Monir Farazy (Hemal), Directors of NEC Money Transfer S A were present on the signing ceremony.
