NBL managers asked to provide quality services to clients

The branch managers of National Bank Limited (NBL) have been asked to provide best quality banking services to clients specially the SME, women entrepreneurs and genuine poor farmers.
Chairman of the board of directors of NBL Moazzam Hossain gave the instruction while speaking as the chief guest at the branch managers' conference-2010 of the bank under Chittagong region recently, said a press release.
NBL Managing Director Md Abdur Rahman Sarker presided over the conference.
All branch managers and executives under Chittagong region took part in the conference.
Moazzam Hossain presented a comprehensive deliberation putting emphasis for proper risk management, effective utilisation of manpower, deposit mobilisation, cost minimisation and extension of agricultural credit and SME finances.
Abdur Rahman advised the branch managers to intensify efforts for fulfilment of their targets through concerted efforts and business expansion in the core areas.
NBL Deputy Managing Director and Regional Head Md Badiul Alam gave the address of welcome.
