NBL opens 108th branch at Kalihati

National Bank Limited (NBL) has opened its 108th branch at Kalihati of Tangail district recently.
Moazzem Hossain, Sponsor Director and Chairman of the bank, inaugurated the branch as the chief guest, said a press release.
In his inaugural speech Moazzem Hossain said NBL would put remarkable contribution in the business development of Kalihati area like other branches of the bank.
Abdur Rahman Sarker, Managing Director of the bank said that the banking network of NBL has further been extended in the district.
"Our Kalihati branch will fulfill the cherished desire of the people of this locality for modern banking facility" he added.
Vice President and Manager of Tangail branch Nurul Haque delivered his addresses of welcome while Kalihati Branch Manager Abdul Khaleque delivered his vote of thanks.
Senior Executive Vice President and Company Secretary AKM Shafiqur Rahman spoke on the occasion as a special guest.
Kalihati Upazilla Chairman Hasan Imam Khan Shohel Hazari and Vice Chairman Anwar Hossain Molla, Principal of Kalihati College Khalilur Rahman, Educationalist Romen Bishnu, local elite and businessmen were also present on the occasion.
Senior Assistant Vice President of the bank Saidur Rahman conducted the programme, the release added.
