NBR seeks account info of 14 people

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has sought bank account details of 14 people, including the editor of the now defunct newspaper the daily Ajker Kagoj Kazi Shahed Ahmed and Mayor of Khulna City Corporation (KCC) Tayebur Rahman. The Central Intelligence Cell (CIC) of NBR Sunday sent letters to authorities of all banks requesting them to provide information about the financial transactions of 14 people and their family members within the next 10 days. — FE Report
