NCC Bank board reelects chairman, vice-chairman

Mr Tofazzal Hossain and Mr ASM Mainuddin Monem have been reelected chairman and vice-chairman respectively of the National Credit and Commerce (NCC) Bank Limited for another term.
The board of directors of the bank at its meeting held in the city recently reelected them, said a press release.
The board also reelected Mr Md Nurun Newaz chairman of the executive committee and Mr Abdus Salam chairman of the audit committee of the board.
Mr Tofazzal Hossain is also the chairman of the executive committee of Islami Insurance Bangladesh Limited and director of the National Life Insurance Limited. He is associated with different educational, social and business organisations.
Vice Chairman Mr. ASM Mainuddin Monem is also the deputy managing director of Abdul Monem Limited, chief executive officer (CEO) of AM Pharma Limited, chairman of AML Power Limited and vice chairman of Pragati Insurance Limited.
Executive Committee Chairman Md Nurun Newaz is also the chairman of Electro Mart Limited, Trade International Marketing Limited and Central Insurance Company Limited. He is also the director of Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) and president of Feni Zilla Samity in Chittagong.
Audit Committee Chairman Abdus Salam is also the managing director of The Bengal Industries Limited and Multiple Equipment and Engineering Limited.
