NCC Bank holds free eye care camp in Feni
NCC Bank has undertaken various social responsibility initiatives, marking its 33rd founding anniversary. As part of this, the bank's foundation, in collaboration with Bangladesh Eye Trust Hospital, recently organised a free eye treatment camp at Moulvi Shamsul Karim College in Chhagalnaiya, Feni. The camp was inaugurated by the bank's Chairman, Md. Nurun Newaz Salim. Managing Director, M. Shamsul Arefin; and acting principal of the college, Abdul Jalil; were also present. As many as 1,125 poor patients received free treatment, medicine, and spectacles. Patients selected for cataract surgery will undergo free surgery in Dhaka. MP from Feni-1 constituency, Munshi Rafiqul Alam Maznu, virtually made an advisory speech.
