NCC Bank officials urged to ensure efficient service

Executives and officers of the NCC Bank Limited have been urged to ensure efficient and personalised service to the clients and develop professional knowledge and skill at all level.
Chairman of the bank Tofazzal Hossain made the appeal while speaking as the chief guest at a conference of the bank's executives and officers in the city Saturday, according to a press release.
Managing Director of the bank Md Nurul Amin presided over the conference.
Vice Chairman ASM Mainuddin Monem, directors KZ Mahmud and Manzurul Hassan Talukder, former vice chairman Khairul Alam Chaklader and sponsor Minhaz Kamal Khan were present as special guests.
In his address, the chairman also said banking now-a-days was not just procuring deposit and lending money in the conventional way to which all have been habituated to from time immemorial.
He mentioned that the situation had changed. He also urged all to be aware of this changed situation and to take steps to face it.
Deputy Managing Director SM Shamsul Alam gave the vote of thanks on the function.
