Need of training for developing professionalism stressed

Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) Managing Director Md Yeasin Ali underscored the need of training for developing professionalism and enhancing skills and knowledge.
He made the observation while speaking as the chief guest at the concluding session of the eight-day orientation course for its newly recruited assistant officers at the DBBL Training Centre in the city Saturday.
Those, who also spoke on the occasion, were DBBL Deputy Managing Director (Administration) KS Tabrez, DMD (Operation) Ghulam Kabir, Executive Vice-president and Head of Training Wing Tasnim Uddin Ahmed, and Senior Vice-president and Head of Human Resource Division Md Shams-Uddin Ahmed.
The bank is always been laying special emphasis on development of its human resource through continuous training, the MD said.
He also pointed out that the orientation course was aimed at familiarising the participants with the conceptual aspects of banking system and its regulatory requirements to be put into work for ensuring quality service in banking.
He anticipated that the participants would be able to deliver the required services to the clientele with dedication and sincerity.
