Nepal’s Prime Minister Sushil Koirala has expressed his sincere thanks and deep appreciation to Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr Atiur Rahman for Bangladesh central bank’s support under corporate social responsibility (CSR) to the victims of the recent devastating earthquakes in Nepal.  Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) Governor DrChiranjibiNepal conveyed the appreciation of his country’s prime minister to the BB Governor on the sidelines of the 30^th SAARCFINANCE Group Meeting and SAARCFINANCE Governors’ Symposium on Financial Inclusion at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in the city Friday.  At the end of the meeting, the NRB Governor handed over a letter of appreciation from their Prime Minister to Dr Atiur Rahman.

The NRB Governor expressed his sincere gratitude to the Bangladesh government as well as to Bangladesh Bank for helping the earthquake victims of Nepal, according to a news agency.
