New ad-hoc committee of Sunder Jiban

Sunder Jiban, working for the protection and development of environment for the last nine years, has been reorganised with a new ad-hoc committee, said a press release.
The committee was formed recently at a meeting of the executive committee held at the Society for Assistance to Hearing Impaired Children (SHAHIC) with ZBM Bakht in the chair.
Sirajul Islam Molla has been selected as the convenor while eight other individuals have been inducted as members.
The ad-hoc committee will continue Sunder Jiban's activities until a new committee is formed through a general election by 31 December 2008.
Molla was the founder of Sunder Jiban and had been working as its general secretary since its inception. He is also a member of the executive committee and member-secretary to the Air and Noise Pollution Control Programme of the Bangladesh Paribesh Andolan (BAPA).
