Mr Satipati Moitra has joined Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) as its new chief executive officer (CEO).
Prior to joining the new post, he was the acting CEO of the bourse from July 14, 2009.
Mr Moitra joined DSE as the chief financial officer (CFO) on June 21, 2007.
He was the president of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) in 2006. He served in BASF Bangladesh Ltd, Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation and Bangladesh Bank in his long career.
