New chairman, vice-chairmen of IIBL

The board of directors of Islami Insurance Bangladesh Limited (IIBL) in its 93rd board meeting held at its head office recently unanimously re-elected Al-haj Mohammad Sayeed as chairman and Al-haj M Tajul Islam and Al-haj Md Ismail Nawab as vice-chairmen of the company, said a press release.
Mohammad Sayeed is a sponsor director of the company. Sayeed has remarkable contributions towards social, cultural and charitable activities.
Tajul Islam is a banker, businessman, Islamic economist and social worker. He is a sponsor director of the company. He is chairman, executive committee of Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company Limited and chairman of Aziz Co-operative Commerce and Finance Bank Ltd. He is also vice-chairman of board of governors of Southeast University and South Asia Foundation.
Md. Ismail Nawab is a sponsor director of the company. Nawab is associated with various religious and social activities.
