New chairmen of EC, AC of NCC Bank

SM Abu Mohsin and Principal M Wazhiullah Bhuiyan have recently been re-elected chairmen of the Executive Committee (EC) and Audit Committee (AC) of NCC Bank Limited respectively, according to a press release.
This was disclosed at a meeting of the board of directors of NCC Bank Limited in the city recently.
Mr Mohsin, also director of NCC Bank, is an industrialist and chairman of Food and Accommodation Company Limited, Managing Director of Brothers Oxygen Limited and Brothers Ispat Industries Limited. Late SM Mozaherul Haq, father of Abu Mohsin, was the founder of Mozaher Group of Industries. Mr Mohsin is the sponsor director of Continental Insurance Limited and director of Central Hospital Limited.
He has been associated with many corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
Principal M Wazhiullah Bhuiyan, also director of NCC Bank, is an industrialist and politician of the country.
After obtaining Master's degree from Chittagong University, Mr Bhuiyan started his career in teaching profession. Later, he started his business and achieved tremendous success and reputation in the business community. He was also a noted student leader and freedom fighter.
He has established various schools, colleges, madrashas. He is founder of Wazhico Group in Chittagong.
