New chiefs at 3 govt bodies --

The government has appointed former senior officials to three bodie on one-year contracts at secretary rank, reports bdnews24.com.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued notifications on Saturday.
Mohammad Zakaria has been named DG of the NGO Affairs Bureau, Safiz Uddin Ahmed appointed Waqf administrator at the Bangladesh Waqf Administration Office, and Abdullah Al Baki made chairman of the Land Appeal Board.
