New CJ meets President

Newly appointed Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain met President Md Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban on Monday, reports UNB.
During the meeting, the Chief Justice greeted the President for being reelected as the President for the second consecutive term, said President's Press Secretary Joynal Abedin.
President Abdul Hamid also thanked the Chief Justice and hoped that the country's judiciary, led by him, will be able to work effectively.
Secretaries concerned to the President's office were present.
