New DG of BARD takes over

Additional Secretary Md Harun-or-Rashid Mollah joined as the director general (DG) of Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development (BARD), Cumilla on Sunday. Previously, he worked as the additional secretary at the Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance. Upon joining BARD, he placed a wreath at the mural of Bangabandhu Shiekh Mujibur Rahman. Besides, he also placed a wreath at the mural of founder chief executive of BARD Dr Akhter Hameed Khan. Directors of BARD were present at this time. Harun-or-Rashid belongs to the BCS (administration) 10th batch.
