New executive chef of hotel Radisson

Radisson Water Garden Hotel Dhaka has appointed Kai-Uwe Klenz as the new executive chef.

Chef Klenz is originally from Germany and a 23-year veteran in the culinary industry.

Before joining the Radisson family, he had been working at Hotel Inter-Continental in Bukharest in Romania as the executive ehef.

Prior to this, he served as the executive chef at the Sheraton Tirana Hotel and Towers. Before that he was the executive chef at the Kempinski Hotel Zografski Sofia from March 2003 to February 2004.

Klenz passed three years at vocational school for Hotel and Catering Business in Kiel theoretical and practical education with emphasis on any relevant kitchen division.

He also received certificate set by the Chambers of Commerce and Industry from IHK Munich.
