New export policy at final stage: Tofail

Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed Wednesday told Parliament that the formulation of the Export Policy 2015-2018 is now at the final stage. Bangladesh participates in international trade fairs under the management of Export Promotion Bureau with a view to boosting the export of readymade garments across the world, he said replying to a tabled starred question. Responding to another question, the commerce minister said the government is taking necessary steps to include the country's service sector in export trade.    — UNB
