New MD of Dhaka Insurance

AQM Wazed Ali has joined Dhaka Insurance Limited as Managing Director (MD). Prior to this he was the Managing Director of Prime Insurance Company Limited, said a press release.
After obtaining M.Sc degree from the Department of Botany, Dhaka University he started his career as a lecturer. Then he took the insurance profession in 1986 as a trainee officer in the Peoples Insurance Company Limited. After a few months he joined the Federal Insurance Company Limited as Asstt Manager and served there in various capacities till November, 2008.
Prior to joining the Prime Insurance Company Ltd he was Deputy Managing Director of Federal Insurance Company Limited.
