New ministry formed

The government has formed new ministry under the name, Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology. A government handout released on Monday said the ministry has been formed by merging the existing two ministries- Ministry of Posts and Telecommunication and Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The handout mentioned that the new ministry will have two divisions-Posts and Telecommunications Division; and the Information and Communication Technology. — FE Report
