New office-bearers of BCPA

The office-bearers of Bangladesh Crop Protection Association (BCPA) were elected at the 29th annual general meeting (AGM) of the Association at a city hotel recently, said a press release.
M Azmal Hossain of FMC Chemical International AG and Musfiqur Rahman of Haychem (Bangladesh) Limited have been elected chairman and general secretary respectively.
Other office-bearers of the Association were Md Sadiqul Islam of Shetu Pesticides Limited - vice-chairman, Syed AM Asfakul Abedin of Auto Crop Care Limited -treasurer, Md Habibur Rahman of BASF Bangladesh Limited -- joint secretary, Md Mizanur Rahman Khan of The Limit Agroproducts Limited --organising secretary and Md Robiul Islam Khan of Sea Trade Fertiliser Limited -- publicity secretary. Mir Mizanur Rahman of Square Pharmaceuticals Limited, MM Abdur Rab of SARK Bangladesh, MA Momin Mazumder of Bayer CropScience Limited, Md Tofiqul Islam of Crop Protection and Care Centre and Md Abdul Hannan Masum of Eminence Chemical Industries Limited have been elected members of the executive committee of the Association.
