Crown Izonil honours teachers of architecture
Crown Izonil, a premium product of Crown Cement Group, honoured seven pioneer teachers of Architecture Education in Bangladesh with "Lifetime Achievement Award" at a recent function at the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) Centre in the capital. They are: Ar. Shah Alam Zahiruddin, Ar. M A Muktadir, Ar. Mir Mobasher Ali, Ar. Shamsul Wares, Ar. Khairul Enam, Ar. Kazi Zahedul Hasan and Ar. Rafiqul Hossain. National Professor Anisuzzaman was the chief guest and Ar. Rabiul Hossain and Ar. Mubasshar Hussein were the special guests. IAB President Ar. Kazi Golam Nasir chaired the programme. Among others, eminent architects and advisors of Crown Cement Group Ar. Nurul Karim Dilu, Engr. A Majid Chowdhury, Engr. Shah Alam and Shankar Kumar Roy were present at the function. — Statement
CRAB rates Peninsula 'AA3'
Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the entity (surveillance) rating of The Peninsula Chittagong Limited as "AA3" along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2018, business data up to June 30, 2018, bank liability position as on September 20, 2018 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
