MTB inks deal with Falcon Consortium
Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) and Falcon Consortium have recently signed an agreement for operation and maintenance of MTB Air Lounge at Shah Amanat International Airport (SAIA), Domestic Terminal, Chattogram. The lounge, which was formally inaugurated recently is fulfilling a long-felt need of MTB customers when travelling out of the country's premier seaport, by offering a nice ambience, comfort, convenience and meals throughout the day. Mahfuz Ahmed & Sayed A. Amin, Joint Venture Partners of Falcon Consortium and Anis A. Khan, Managing Director & CEO of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd. (MTB) signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations at a simple ceremony held at MTB Centre, the bank's Corporate Head Office, Gulshan 1 in the city.

Nahee begins utilisation of IPO fund
Nahee Aluminum Composite Panel has started the utilisation of (initial public offering) fund earlier raised to enhance production capacity. The company has imported required capital machinery for manufacturing the product of 'Aluminum False Ceiling' by utilising the said IPO proceeds and using own fund. The imported capital machinery has already been installed in the factory. The commercial production will be started from the new machinery with effect from January15, 2019, according to a disclosure. "Annual production capacity of the new machinery for Aluminum False Ceiling is 83 lac sft., with market value of about Tk 500 million approximately," the disclosure said.
