Disbursement of dividend
Advent Pharma Limited: The cash dividend and stock dividend of the company for the year ended on June 30, 2021 have been disbursed into the respective shareholders' BO accounts.
Padma Oil Company Limited: The company has informed its shareholders that all necessary steps have been taken by the company to deposit the cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2021 into their bank accounts under BEFTN. Besides, shareholders whose cash dividends have not yet been deposited in their respective bank accounts; are requested to make contact with company's registered office, Padma Bhaban, Strand Road, Chattogram or through e-mail address: share@pocl.gov.bd.
Robi Axiata Limited: The company has disbursed interim cash dividend based on three months financials for the period ended March 31, 2021 to the respective shareholders.
Board meetings
Jamuna Bank Ltd: A board meeting of the company will be held on March 30, 2022 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the company for the year ended December 31, 2021.
Sonali Aansh Industries Limited: A meeting of the board of directors will be held on March 22, 2022 at 4:30 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the company for the second quarter period ended December 31, 2021.
Prime Bank: A meeting of the board of directors will be held on March 27, 2022 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the company for the year ended December 31, 2021.
Spot trading
Renata Ltd: Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the spot market and block transactions will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from today (Monday) to March 22, 2022. Trading of the shares of the company will remain suspended on record date, March 23, 2022 for EGM.
