hold EGM
RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited: The company has informed that the board of directors has decided to hold an EGM for approval from shareholders to purchase 33.91 acre of land at Bhutulia, Gazipur under Dhanua and Gazipur Mouja at a total cost of BDT 627.34 million (excluding registration and other expenses) from Mr. SAK Ekramuzzaman, Managing Director of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited. The EGM will be held on August 04, 2022 at 11:00 AM, on a digital platform. The record date for EGM is July 04, 2022. The company has also informed that the board of directors has decided to increase the tiles production capacity by 15,000 sqm per day through greenfield project at an investment of BDT 9,025 million.
