Disbursement of dividend
The Premier Bank Limited: The bonus shares of the company for the year ended on 31 December 2021 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO A/Cs and it has also disbursed the cash dividend to the respective shareholders.
Agrani Insurance Co. Ltd: The company has informed that it has disbursed the cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2020 to the respective shareholders.
Board meeting
Fu-Wang Ceramic Ind-ustry Ltd: A board meeting of the company will be held on June 20, 2022 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the company for the third quarter period ended on March 31, 2022.

Bank Asia: Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has informed that the rating of Bank Asia Ltd as "AA1" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements of the company up to December 31, 2021 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
National Bank: Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned the rating of National Bank Limited as "AA-" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements of FY2018-2021 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.
Aman Cotton Fibrous Limited: Alpha Credit Rating Limited (AlphaRating) has rated the company as "BB+" in the long term and "ST-4" in the short term along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements of the company up to June 30, 2021 and relevant qualitative information up to May 31, 2022.
