Prime Insurance Company Limited: The company has disbursed the cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2021 to the respective shareholders.
Southeast Bank Limited: The company has disbursed the cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2021 to the respective shareholders.

Takaful Islami Insurance Limited: Alpha Credit Rating Limited (Alpha-Rating) has rated the company as "AA" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements of the company as on December 31, 2021 and relevant qualitative information till September 11, 2022.
Resumption

CBLPBOND: The units of City Bank Perpetual Bond will resume at CSE from today (Tuesday) under settlement category "N". The reference price shall be the last close price of the bond traded at DSE, Tk. 10,37,500 and the Circuit Breaker (Price Limit) shall remain operative from the first trading day at CSE.
Spot trading
International Leasing: Trading of the shares of International Leasing and Financial Services Limited will be allowed only in the spot market from today (Tuesday) to September 14, 2022 as the record date of the company is on September 15, 2022.

National Tea Company: In response to a DSE query dated September 07, 2022, regarding clarification on recent news published in the newspaper namely "Prothom Alo" containing Price Sensitive Information regarding Capital Issue, National Tea Company Ltd informed that they have already disclosed the information to the regulatory authorities regarding increase of share capital. The published news in the newspaper is different from the news disclosed by NTC. The company also informed that they have no connection with the said published news.

Dhaka Bank: Mohammed Hanif, one of the sponsor directors of Dhaka Bank Limited, reported his intention to receive 7,87,478 shares of the company from his Spouse Rowshan Ara Hanif (General Shareholder) by way of gift outside the trading system of the exchange within 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
