Recommendation
of dividend
KDSALTD: The Board of Directors has recommended 16 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2022. Date of AGM: 24.11.2022, Time: 11:00am, Venue: Digital platform. Record Date: 01.11.2022. The company has also reported EPS of Tk 2.33, NAV per share of Tk 25.58 and NOCFPS of Tk 8.97 for the year ended on June 30, 2022 as against Tk 2.20, Tk 24.75 and Tk 6.58 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
Board meeting
INTRACO: Intraco Refueling Station Ltd. has informed that the Board Meeting of the company will be held on October 12, 2022 at 5:00pm to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the company for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended September 30, 2022 and the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2022.

Revised NAV
per share
ILFSL: Referring to its earlier news disseminated by CSE on 02.10.2022 regarding unaudited HY A/Cs, International Leasing and Financial Services Limited has further informed that consolidated NAV per share as on June 30, 2022 would be Tk (157.40) instead of Tk 157.40 and the same as on December 31, 2021 would be Tk (154.19) instead of Tk 154.19. Other information of the earlier disclosure will remain unchanged.
Sale of Land
IBP: Indo-Bangla Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has informed that its Board of Directors has decided to sell of 1.595 acres Land (Book value Tk. 20,00,000) at Charadi, Ranirhat, Bakergonj, Barishal amounting to Tk 27,00,000. The proceeds of sale will be utilised to purchase of land situated at Fulbaria, Kaliakoir, Gazipur for future expansion of the business.
Credit Rating
BNICL: Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned the surveillance rating of Bangladesh National Insurance Company Ltd. as "AA+" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with a stable outlook based on audited report from 2017 to 2021 and six months unaudited financial statements till June 30, 2022.
