Dhaka Bank marks 23rd anniversary
Dhaka Bank Limited celebrated its 23rd anniversary with a series of activities at its corporate office in the city recently. Milad and doa mahfils were held at the corporate office as well as all the branches of the bank. Chairman of the bank Reshadur Rahman was present as the chief guest. On the occasion, the bank handed over cheques to Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College Hospital (Tk 11 million), PFDA - Vocational Training Centre Trust (Tk 2.4 million) and SEID (Tk 1.2 million) as part of Corporate Social Responsibility. Moreover, the bank formally inaugurated 'Toddlers Zone' at Gulshan Society Park. In 2017, the bank donated Tk 3.0 million to Gulshan Society for establishing this zone. The Bank also handed over two cheques (Tk 1.0 million and Tk 0.5 million) to Bangladesh Basketball Federation as sponsorship amount for two international tournaments in Dhaka.
