‘Army chief has no social media account’
Chief of Army Staff General Waker-uz-Zaman does not have any personal social media accounts, according to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). The High Court (HC) has ordered the authorities concerned to allow reopening online news portal sheershanews.com and to give it registration.A HC bench of Justice AKM Asaduzzaman and Justice Muhammad Mahbub Ul Islam passed the order on Thursday, disposing of a rule issued earlier in this regard. Advocate Md Tajul Islam moved the case for sheershanews.com editor Ekramul Haque, while deputy attorney general Redwan Ahmed Ranjib stood for the state. — BSS
