NID programme starts in Khulna

KHULNA, Jan 7: The first round of the 20th National Immunization Day was observed here Saturday as elsewhere across the country to build a Polio free Bangladesh.
Khulna City Corporation (KCC) Panel Mayor-1 Azmal Ahmed Tapan formally inaugurated the 20th National Immunization Day in the city by feeding two drops of vaccine to a child of the city Saturday morning.
The function was held at 'Nagor Shastha Chandra' under Word No-08 of the city at 10 am. The function was presided over by local Ward Councilor Z. A. Mahmud.
