Nitol Ins AGM held

The 15th Annual General Meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited was held recently at Trust Milonayaton, Old Airport Road in the city.. A.K.M. Monirul Hoque, Chairman of the Company and Member of the Executive Committee of Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA) presided over the meeting. Director, Zobair Humayun Khandaker, Mahmudul Hoque Shamim, Abul Hossain (Rep.-ICB), Chandra Shekhar Das, Al Batuni Mohammed Sayed Ahmed & the Managing Director S.M. Mahbubul Karim were also present in the meeting. The meeting approved a total 17% dividend (12% Stock Dividend and 5% Cash Dividend) for the year 2013 for all the shareholders of the company,said a statement.
