Nitol Ins approves 14pc stock div

Nitol Insurance Company Limited has approved 14 per cent stock dividend for the year 2017 at its 19th annual general meeting (AGM) in the city recently, according to a statement.
A.K.M. Monirul Hoque, Chairman and founder Chairman of the company and Vice President of Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA), presided over the meeting.
Vice Chairman Md. Anowar Husain, FCMA, Directors Mahmudul Hoque Shamim, Nazrul Islam Khan (Rep. - ICB), Chandra Shekhar Das, FCA (Rep. - Pragati Life Insurance Ltd.) and Independent Director Md. Mamunur Rashid, FCMA and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) S.M. Mahbubul Karim were also present in the meeting.
