Nitol Insurance approves 10pc dividend

Nitol Insurance Company Limited has approved 10 per cent dividend for its shareholders for the year 2007.
The approval was given in the ninth annual general meeting (AGM) of Nitol Insurance Company Limited at National Shooting Federation auditorium at Gulshan in the city Tuesday.
Chairman of the board of directors of the company Abdul Matlub Ahmad presided over the meeting.
A large number of shareholders of the company attended the meeting and took part in the discussion.
Also present on the occasion were Nitol Insurance Company Limited Managing Director Shamsuddin Ahmed, directors Selima Ahmad, Mohammed NS Kabir, Md Anowar Husain, Lt. Col. MA Latif Khan (retd) and MA Motaleb Chowdhury, and Company Secretary SM Mahbubul Karim.
