Nitol Insurance approves 8pc dividend

Nitol Insurance Company Limited approved 8.0 per cent dividend for its shareholders for 2006 at the 8th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company.
The AGM was held at National Shooting Federation's auditorium in the city Thursday.
Chairman of the company Abdul Matlub Ahmad presided over the AGM.
Nitol Insurance Managing Director Shamsuddin Ahmed, Directors AKM Monirul Hoque, Jahangir Miah, Mohammed NS Kabir, Al-Batuni Mohammad Sayed Ahmed and a good number of shareholders were also present on the occasion.
SM Mahbubul Karim, company secretary and general manager of the company, conducted the meeting.
