NLI approves 45pc cash dividend

The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Life Insurance Co. Ltd. was held recently at 'NLI Tower'in the city.
The AGM approved 45 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders against the face value of Tk. 10/- each, according to a statement.
Chairman of the company, Morshed Alam, MP, presided over the meeting. Vice Chairman S.I Chowdhury, Director Tofazzal Hossain, Director Alamgir Kabir FCA, Director Mahmudul Huq Taher, Director Dr. Humayun Kabir, Director Alhaj K. M. Habib Zaman, Director Motiur Rahman, Director Nader Khan, Director Eng. Ali Ahmed, Director Haroon Patwary, CEO Jamal M A Naser, DMD Mr. Kazim Uddin & Khasru Chowdhury, CFO Probir Chandra Das, ACA and Company Secretary Md. Abdul Wahab Mian were present at the meeting.
The attended sharehoders thanked the Board of Directors for the achievement of the Company. At the meeting the shareholders unanimously approved the acconts of 2014.
