No anarchy in name of hartal: IGP

GOPALGANJ, Nov 26 (UNB): Inspector General of Police (IGP) Hasan Mahmud Khandaker warned that strict steps would be taken if anyone tries to create anarchy in the name of hartal.
The IGP said this while talking to journalists after paying tributes on the graveyard of Bangabandhu at Tungipara here Friday.
Police will remain prepared so that none can create anarchy during hartal hours, said IGP. Legal steps will be taken against those found involved in deteriorating country's law and order in the name of movement.
