No coordination in running state affairs: BNP

Monday, 16 June 2014

Criticising ministers for their contradictory versions about the arrest of Narayanganj seven-murder case prime suspect Nur Hossain, BNP on Monday alleged that the current illegal regime lacks coordination in running the state as the ministers are busy plundering public money. “Being the ruling party general secretary and a very important minister of the government, Syed Ashraf doesn’t know about the arrest while the Narayanganj SP said he (Nur) was arrested. The state minister for home also confirmed it,” said BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir. Addressing a press conference at BNP’s Nayapaltan central office, he further said, “The government’s real face has been exposed with Syed Ashraf’s remarks. It’s also proved there is no coordination within the government,” according to a news agency.
