No reason for entente with Jamaat: PM

Trashing the rumour of entente with Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Saturday said Awami League always (AL) does politics for people, never of any entente. She said this while responding to a question at a press conference which was organised to brief the media about the outcome of her recent London visit at her official residence Ganobhaban. “We never do politics of entente… what agony do we have for which we’ll have to pursue the politics of entente with Jamaat,” the Prime Minister questioned adding that Awami League has nothing to gain from Jamaat, according to a news agency.
