Nokia unveiled first-hand solution experience for consumers at Nokia store at Gulshan in the city Thursday to guarantee an easy and informative shopping experience.
This is the fifth Nokia Store in Dhaka. The first one was launched at Bashundhara City in May 2008, said a press release.
Loren Shuster, head of marketing for Nokia's South East Asia Pacific (SEAP) region, inaugurated the solutions experience from the store.
A key objective of this Nokia store is to showcase Nokia's complete portfolio of products and services. The store offers consumers an opportunity to experience the full benefits of mobility in a comfortable, cutting-edge environment.
"Through an innovative retail experience in the Nokia stores, Nokia aims to inspire and educate consumers to the benefits of mobility and broaden the appeal of the Nokia brand. It is a place for discovery and entertainment," said Sajid Matin, retail development manager of Nokia Emerging Asia.
The store follows the same pattern as Nokia stores around the world to guarantee the 'Real Nokia Experience' for the consumers. At a Nokia store, consumers can test the latest Nokia mobile devices and learn about new mobile services and technologies.
Well-trained and knowledgeable staff will be on hand to help consumers find a product. Interactive, multimedia displays will engage visitors as they visit the store, encouraging them to share images or send messages to friends and connect with individuals around the world.
Consumers will also be able to set up their new devices and test the range of mobile enhancements related to their new phone. Consumers can also familiarise themselves with various features and functionalities of Ovi services eg Ovi Mail, Files on Ovi and Ovi Share.
"Through the Nokia stores, Nokia wants to develop a close one-to-one relationship with consumers, listen to their feedback and find valuable consumer insights." Sajid added.
