Nokia to give awards to 10 winners of competition

Nokia, the world leader in mobile phones, will give Tk three million to the ten winners of its 'Shopno Dekhun' (don't stop dreaming) campaign to materialise their cherished dreams.
The mobile company at a function at the city's National Museum Thursday gave away certificates of award to five students and five small and medium entrepreneurs (SMEs), as they were selected as winners of the competition.
The winners will get Tk 3,00,000 each to make their dreams true. Some 10,000 Nokia users from across the country participated in the completion. Of them, the best ten dreamers were selected as winners.
The winners are Chittagong University student Mahmuda Khanum, Dhaka City College student Nishat Sultana, BUET student Sharmin Sultana, Daffodil International University student Ashim Odhikari and College of Bangladesh Textiles Engineering student Tanveer Ahmed Khan.
Another five winners are Mohammad Nur Alam Raihan Khan of Moulovibazar, Shompa Akhter of Kushtia, Salahuddin of Bogra, Sheikh Azahar Hossain of Madaripur and Rasheda Yasmin of Nilphamari.
Nokia Managing Director Prem Chand and all the three judges of the panel of the event- Channel I Director and Head of News Shykh Seraj, Prothom Alo Deputy Editor Anisul Huq and actress Sara Zaker -- spoke at the award-giving ceremony wishing a successful implementation of the dreams of the winners.
