Wednesday, 18 July 2007
The country's non-government educational institutions, from now on, will not have to take government clearance to appoint teachers and employees in vacant posts. A government notification Tuesday said, "From now on, the educational institutions would have to follow the Manpower Structure Act 1995 in appointing teachers and employees." Leading teachers said, the process of appointment became very complex and time-consuming due to the rule for collecting clearance from the government. They also welcomed the new decision. - UNB
