None except party men can harm AL: Nasim

Thursday, 5 June 2014

Health Minister Mohammad Nasim Wednesday said no one can harm the Awami League (AL) unless the party men do so, reports UNB.
"We've seen their (BNPs') strength. Unless the Awami League men do harm to themselves, nobody will be able to cause any damage to the party. We have to remain united always," he said while addressing the concluding ceremony of a book exhibition at the Shilpakala Academy.
Awami Jubo League organised the 21-day exhibition of the book titled 'Struggle for democracy'.
Alleging that a conspiracy is on to thwart the march of Sheikh Hasina, Nasim, also a presidium member of the ruling AL, urged the party leaders and activists to remain alert in this regard.  "The defeated forces always hatch conspiracies. We've to save Sheikh Hasina. There's no alternative to it."
About the distortion of history, the AL leader described the Bengali nation as very unfortunate, saying distortion of history nakedly takes place here. "There is no other country in the world except Bangladesh where lies regarding history take place to such an extent."
