A contribution agreement was signed between North Bengal Cycle Industries Ltd and IDLC Finance Ltd on behalf of Local Enterprise Investment Centre (LEIC) in the city recently.
Under the deal, IDLC will help North Bengal Cycle to produce and assemble complete bicycles including spares for marketing in future.
The agreement will also assist the mechanical company in creating a toll-manufacturing agreement with TATA International Ltd, India for expanding its business by exporting black bicycles to Africa.
