This gap between two concrete blocks, set up as road dividers at Mohakhali intersection, is not meant for pedestrians' use. Though there is a footbridge, not in photo, nearby, nothing could stop this man from crossing the road through the narrow passage, risking his life as vehicles were running on both sides.
