Notundhora making notable contribution to real estate sector

Dr. Zaman is a General Body (GB) Member of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) on behalf of Bangladesh Land Developers Association (BLDA) and also the Co-Chairman of FBCCI Standing Committee on Land Developers.
The business leader has achieved professional doctoral certificate in real estate management from world class standard QS five star rating University named European International University, Paris, France. He started his career from HSBC (Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation) Bank and had earlier completed his internship at Standard Chartered Bank. Dr. Zaman also worked in different famous companies in real-estate sector for the past several years.
He is also chief adviser and adviser to different renowned real estate companies as he has more than 20 years experiences in this field. Dr. Zaman established Notundhora Assets Limited, a world-class real estate company, jointly with other entrepreneurs.
The MD said that, Notundhora Assets Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company with all necessary departments. Praising Almighty Allah, Dr. Md. Shadi-uz-Zaman said, the demands for plots and flats of his company has been increasing broadly.
"We are developing new plots and constructing flats. There are many plots in our ready stock," the Notundhora MD said.
The Notundhora MD said his
real estate company always gives priority to clients' comfort. "Notundhora always seeks its clients' all sort of comfort in prices and choice, design and environment," he said.
He said his company offers reasonable prices for apartments of all sizes and always strive for keeping natural views in all of its housing projects. The business icon said his company has housing project near the 300-feet Dhaka-Mawa Expressway which is connected with the Padma Bridge.

"The Notundhora is a wonderful and unparalleled housing project for the new generation," he said. Notundhora housing project is situated at a location, 18 KM away from the heart of Dhaka's business district of Motijheel.
The MD said that Notundhora has got clearance from the Department of Environment (DOE) and also Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Approval. Clearance from Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA) has already been taken. The company has been awarded special recognition by the Upazila Revenue Committee for two consecutive periods as the highest payer of land development tax. It has also received the Letter of Appreciation from the upazila administrations for its unparallel goodwill.
"Besides, Non-encumbrance certificate from the district administration also proved its transparency. It is also the lone trademark registered enterprise in housing sector which got the district administration's permits to purchase lands under land management manual. Recently,
it has started the construction
of "Notundhora Express Lounge and Convention Centre (NELCC)," he said.
Notundhora Assest's MD said that the prices of the construction materials have increased, raising the construction costs. He said also that if the DAP is implemented without
necessary corrections, no one but
the rich people will be able to buy plots & flats.
The real-estate sectors entrepreneur urgently requested the authority to bring necessary change to the DAP, he said. Replying to a query, the MD said, "In order to gear up business activities in a country like Bangladesh, it is necessary to develop communication network."
